what books I need?
A. Bring in a
copy of your current schedule with course name, number, and section (ex.
ACCT 2100/05) and we can tell you exactly which books you need for your
classes.

Q. Do you have my
book?
A. We carry
textbooks specifically for Kennesaw State University courses. We get textbook adoption information directly
from the campus bookstore. Of course, feel free to email or call
us with any questions.

Q. Can you hold my book?
A. In most
cases, we can
hold books for one business day. After the store closes any
unclaimed books will be returned to the shelf. There are
exceptions to this during certain times of the year, or when inventory
of a particular book is low.

Q. Are you
buying back my book?
A. There are
many factors that affect whether or not we are buying a particular book,
and buy back price. Unfortunately, we cannot quote buy back prices
over the phone or email. Click

Q. What is
the last day for a refund?
A. Generally,
the refund period extends about a week and a half in to the semester for spring
and fall. During the summer the refund periods vary according to
the session. Click

to be a student to shop at your store?
A. No, you do
not need to be a student to shop at The General Bookstore.

Q. I go to a
school other than KSU, do you have my books?
A. We do not
specifically carry books for courses taught at schools other than
Kennesaw State University. However,
it's possible we may have the book you are looking for. Please
call or
email us with either an ISBN or author and title of the book.

Q. How do I get
on/off your mailing list?
A. The
easiest way to get on our mailing list is to make sure your address is
correct with your school. To be removed from our mailing list

Q. Do you carry KSU
apparel?
A. Yes, we
carry a variety of KSU apparel, including hats, t-shirts, shorts,
hoodies, and more.

What else do you carry?
In addition to
textbooks and KSU spirit wear, we carry a variety of study aids, such as
Cliffs Notes and Quick Studies, general reference books, and nursing
reference books. We also carry an assortment of school supplies,
calculators, flash drives, digital recorders, and more. The
General Bookstore also carries a variety of Nursing Supplies, including
the Physical Assessment Kit required for NURS 3309.

use my financial aid?
We accept the KSU One card.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to any student financial aid award
information.

A. We
accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, the KSU One Card,
cash, HOPE checks, and personal checks.
